    Secondly, to me, to understand what is responsibility, and I realize the importance of liability. I think responsibility has two kinds: one kind is the family responsibility, the other kind is work responsibility, and the latter is an important responsibility in the former. The responsibilities of the job performance, to better perform family responsibilities. The responsibilities of the job worse cannot fulfill family responsibilities. Popular is to say that: work does which come of income, no income, and how to perform security family responsibility? Take me, and before the company I am normal business personnel, regional meeting basic not to participate, always feel to complete of the task that the area assigned.It is not true, the company is the pursuit of the whole development operations team and not someone’s achievement of so millions of dollars; Say it again, if is in strict accordance with the related regulation of company, the responsibility to do it on his shoulders, the feelings into the team, I believe that will do better. Now I have led a regional team, the more can experience this responsibility. How to keep the personnel? How to cultivate them into real Sanli employees, achieve the Sanli’s standard? How to make performance? The entire problem is that I hadn't considered before, but now I face all day long. "The soldier is a flaming, will flaming a nest " this sentence always propel me to grow, to make me must strictly to accept the company's management concept, study the company's five soft management ,as soon as possible to accept, so that we can better digest to convey to the regional staff, let them with me to grow up together.
     
    Marketing video conference learning for me to feel the deepest is gap ,was think must be overcome the weak in the future and get rid of old traditional ways of backward marketing, accepting and digesting other elite’s advanced sales ideas.
     
    I believe, in the growth path, at the lead of Sanli big family big amiable honorable parent, we will go further, stand higher!
